Maxwell
With over 10 years of culinary experience spanning hotel hospitality, catering, restaurant management, and personal chef services, Chef Jerome J. Maxwell brings a rare level of excellence to every table. Trained in classic French, Mediterranean, American, Southern, and Caribbean cuisines, his story begins in Washington Heights, NY — where his grandmother first taught him to cook from scratch.
By 2003, Chef Maxwell was in Atlanta working alongside celebrity chef Ashley Clay, managing Kraft services for music industry legends including Hype Williams, Ludacris, Outkast, and Goodie Mob. Back in New York, he elevated his craft catering LA Reid's holiday events — with guests like Kanye West and Rihanna — and serving Pulitzer Prize winners and high-end photographers.
In 2012, he became the Private Chef for Yankees Hall of Famer CC Sabathia and his family, crafting performance-driven menus built around strict dietary and athletic needs. He has also appeared on Food Network's "3 Days to Open with Bobby Flay."
